Fentanyl is already legal, it's a prescription drug. Also, it costs a lot of taxpayers money to incarcerate people on drug charges. California made $1 billion from Marijuana revenue last year. We could all have a tax reduction on those sort of numbers and a percentage could be put back into mental health support and rehabilitation.
